Columbia’s most successful sportsman enjoyed a stellar season in 2008, winning two of the four FedEx Play-off events, taking him to 18th on the Official World Golf Ranking, winning again at the 2010 Honda Classic.

Has the ‘Indian Sign’ over his great friend and rival Sergio García, beating the Spaniard in a play-off to win the 2008 PGA Tour Championship and edged him out again in the third / fourth place play-off at the 2010 WGC Accenture Match Play.

Villegas, who has not enjoyed the best of starts to the 2012 season partnered his brother Manny, also a professional in representing Columbia in the 2011 Omega World Cup at Mission Hills in China.
